- A Family Success Story
Nissen Wine established its roots in the rolling hills
of northern Cedar County in the spring of 2003. Nissen
Wine is a family owned and operated winery by two brothers.
Tim, a 4th generation farmer and his brother Dave, a horticulturist
living in east central Nebraska, put their heads together
and created a 12 acre vineyard and winery on the 400 acre
family farm.

JOLENE
STEFFEN ART GALLERY
Jeff and Jolene Steffen each grew up on a family farm,
Jeff, near Fordyce and Jolene near Crofton in Northeast
Nebraska. They married in 1984 where they began a farm
life together as they both shared a love for the land
and the rich life that the area provided. They also had
many hobbies and one of Jolene’s was painting.
